Aromatherapy Blend - Womens Balance

This blend helps harmonise any imbalances during menstruation and menopause, both emotionally and physically. The rose and geranium will take the edge off your emotions giving you inner clarity and poise. Ideal for vaporisation and can be used diluted on the skin.

Applications: Inhalation, Massage, Vaporisation.

Inhalation: Help clear the head and nose with 4-6 drops of essential oil added to a bowl of steaming water. Now place a towel over your head and lean over the bowl - creating a tent effect to trap the steam - and inhale the vapour for a few minutes.

Massage: Massage is a wonderful way to ease aching muscles and relax or energise the body. Place the required quantity of base massage oil - such as almond oil or even a lotion (a typical full body massage uses 30ml of base product) into a saucer, then add the drops of essential oils based on the person you are massaging, see the table below for guidance. Be careful not to exceed the total number of drops.

Vaporisation: Essential oils make fantastic natural air fresheners, fragrancing a room as well as setting a mood. Simply add a few drops of your chosen essential oils to a vaporiser or burner - follow the instructions on the burner.

Directions: Do not use undiluted on the skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
