How to use Organic Intensive Seed Oil Capsules:
After cleansing, remove the top from the organic seed oil capsule and gently massage the oil into the skin. The Organic seed oil capsules can be used in the morning and evening after cleansing and toning. 

Tip:
Depending on your skin type you can use the capsules as follows:
One capsule each night for 30 nights.
One capsule every night for 7 nights then alternate nights.
As and when you think your skin needs a boost of moisture.
