Frankincense (Olibanum) 10ml

Latin name: Boswellia carterii

Steam distilled from the resin, extracted from the bark of the tree. 

• Uplifting and fresh, helps deepen breathing
• Helps to relieves anxiety
• Excellent at rejuvenating the skin.

Blends well with lemon, grapefruit and chamomile roman.

Baths: Blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil or full fat milk, add to bath

Massages: Add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 3 tablespoonfuls of carrier oil

Vaporisation: Add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream
